Yodeling (jodeling) is a unique technique of singing which is popular in Austria, especially in the Alpine region of Tirol. It was used in the Central Alps by herders calling their stock as well as to communicate between Alpine villages. If you're interested in unique Austrian folk music, we're happy to offer you a tour to an authentic mountain restaurant (Hütte), where one can still hear Yodel live.
